- Enter the email address used for your purchase.
- Check your inbox for a one-time verification code and enter it to continue.
- Open your order. If it’s eligible, follow the available prompts to request a return or cancellation.
Return requests are for delivered items. Cancellation requests are for items that haven’t shipped. Available options depend on your order’s status and our return and cancellation rules.
